Staff were great. This is a combination of multiple buildings. Some do not have elevators. Note that check- in is by 9PM. No night staff.

Joe welcomed us, what can I say about this guy other than he is the nicest and friendliest person we met on our holiday. He couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. He recommended attractions and took the time to chat and put that extra care and attention into things. It felt like a home from home. Thanks Joe! The apartment was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. Fortunately it was quiet whilst we were there but I could see how this place would attract crowds of people. The local area is quite and peaceful and you're never far away from a castle or a piece of history to explore. I went there with a small family and we all enjoyed ourselves. We had the apartment with a kitchenette and also one of the adjoining rooms with an en suite. Great parking facilities, we had a transit van and had no issues parking, the local area also has lots of little walks. We didn't use the other facilities at the hotel, it's said to have a sauna and wellness room and we also saw a bar, which wasn't open when we were there but I assume it can be quite busy when the place is full. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a room for a stopover however, worn out carpets and beds, room had a smell and no aircon, just a fan to blow the smell around Beds were clean and to be fair price was good

Great stay close to Cologne. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, and courteous staff. Would stay again. Give them a try from an American.

This was a lovely stay and met all our needs as a family of 4. Splitting the sofa bed to have the beds apart a bit would've worked a bit better for us but that's a personal thing. The main bed was really comfy! Water pressure was crap so that needs addressed however I do think they are maybe just being more cautious with water use given the heat waves! So that's ok. It's not a bad location at all. Rooms really quiet. We used the bar area and the possibility to buy a few drinks/snacks from the fridges across from the reception was great. I'd recommend the hotel to friends
